Welcome to the Madison Future Young Professionals official webpage. Within these pages you will discover what it is to be a Young Professional of Madison, IN. Our mission is to further the young business community of Madison thru Civic Involvement, Economic Development, and Social and Professional Networking. Through these 3 key areas we hope to help the 18-42+ year age group to grow and prosper and be a vital part of Madison's Economic and Civic arena. As a division of the Madison Chamber of Commerce, we strive to live up to the examples the previous generation has set for us and hopefully surpass them and leave new and improved versions for the next generation.

Please join us at our monthly Social Networking membership meeting on the last Thursday of every month. We convene at 5:30pm for a 1/2 hour meeting to discuss new and old business then adjourn for a social networking mixer to talk with new members or just let our hair down. New members are welcome anytime without an invitation. We usually attempt to move the meeting around to different venues around town to give all the area businesses a little exposure.
The next Membership Meeting will be held at The Key West Shrimp House Thursday September TBA 5:30 - 7:30 pm.
The YP has volunteered time at the upcoming River City Music Festival gates. The festival is a fundraisor for the group MFA (Musicians for All). They provide musical instruments and instruction to children in need. We will be in charge of wristband sales on Friday the 10th. There are 2 shifts: 5-8pm and 8-11pm. 2 people and 2 gates each shift. If anyone is interested please contact the Council and we'll get you scheduled. A complimentary wristband will be provided and snacks and water during your shift. Thanks
Madison Future: Young Professional shirts will be available soon for our membership. Please help us by ordering a shirt to wear at YP functions and other public places. Shirts will be between $13 - $15 depending on the volume we can order. These are at cost, we are not making profit on this project. We need as much exposure as we can get and this is a great way to get it and look good in the process!!
Please register to vote for the Ohio Theatre Grant!! This building is important to our community. Many of us viewed our 1st movies here. We need to keep historical and sentimental locations like this from being lost. Please vote if you've ever seen a movie at the Ohio Theatre.
